Pricing

One offer. The number’s a phone call, not a price list.

What it costs depends on your catchment and your capacity gap, so pricing is discussed live, on a call, where the number can be a real one for your gym rather than a range that doesn’t mean anything. Fifteen minutes and you’ll have it.

Your Turf Report

The intelligence: everything worth knowing about your catchment, sourced and cited, plus help acting on it.

  • Every competitor in your catchment, priced and profiled
  • Who’s running Meta ads right now, and what they’re saying
  • District demographics, income and activity data
  • Your capacity gap sized in pounds against your own membership fee
  • A ranked action plan: three actions, ordered by expected return, with the ordering explained
  • The 48-Hour Competitor Brief, delivered within 2 days of signing
  • The Setup Session: 60–90 min screen-share, ads live before the call ends
  • The Strategy Call: 30 minutes on what to do first
  • Ready-to-Run Creative
  • A Month of Content: captions and prompts
  • Your Promotional Offer, Costed: a drafted intro offer with the maths done
  • Kept current: competitor alerts when someone nearby changes price or opens
  • New ad creative rebuilt quarterly against what the gyms near you are currently running
  • Competitor and district research refreshed quarterly
  • A standing line to think things through
  • A performance component tied to net new members, explained on the call, not printed here

You keep the ad account. I write the copy, you (or your team) run it. I never touch your ad account or your page.

Book a Call to Enquire About Pricing

If your market turns out to be one I can’t source properly (too rural for reliable competitor data, or a district the census splits awkwardly), I’ll tell you that up front rather than padding the report out.

Exclusivity

One gym per catchment.

Once I’m working with a studio in your area, I won’t take on another gym within four miles of you for as long as we’re working together. There are only so many non-overlapping catchments in West Sussex to begin with: when yours is taken, it’s taken.

The guarantee

90 days. Full refund. No argument.

If you don’t think it was worth it, tell me any time in the first 90 days and I’ll refund every penny: the setup fee, and every month you’ve paid. No forms, no conditions, no explaining yourself.

Nothing has to go wrong for this to apply: no bar to clear, no proof required. If you’re not happy, that’s the whole test.

January is the busiest sign-up month of the year for gyms. Being ready for it means the research has to be done before then. That’s the plan, not a sales line.

Questions

The things gym owners actually ask.

Not covered here? Email hello@gymdatapro.com and you’ll get a straight answer.

Why isn’t pricing on this page?

Because it depends on your catchment and your capacity gap, and I’d rather quote you a real number than a range that doesn’t mean anything. Fifteen minutes on a call and you’ll have it.

What actually happens on the call?

Fifteen minutes. By the time we speak, I’ll already have looked at your catchment: who’s nearby, what they charge, who’s advertising. You get a straight read on whether there’s a case worth pursuing, and the price for your gym. If your catchment’s already taken, or too thin to source properly, you’ll hear that instead of a pitch.

How is this different from a marketing agency?

An agency runs your ads. I tell you which platform to run them on and why, hand you the drafted creative, and show you the local numbers behind the recommendation. You keep control of the spend and the account.

Do you work with chains?

No. The whole method is built around what an independent gym has that a chain structurally can’t: local reputation, a real coaching relationship, an owner who lives in the town. That reasoning doesn’t transfer.

What if the report is wrong about something?

Tell me and I’ll correct it. Every claim is traceable to a source, so “wrong” is usually checkable rather than a matter of opinion. Anything I couldn’t verify is labelled as an open question, not presented as a finding.

How long does it take?

The call is about fifteen minutes. If we go ahead, the 48-Hour Competitor Brief arrives within two days of signing, and the Setup Session has your ads live before that call ends.

Book a call

Fifteen minutes, and you’ll have a real number.

I do the research before we speak, not after. By the time we’re on a call, I’ll already know your competitors’ pricing and your district’s numbers.

90 days. Full refund. No argument.
